In June of 2015, the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act will celebrate 100 years of workplace legislation. Megan Dougherty, a Chartwell partner and co-chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, authored an article on the subject for the Philadelphia Bar Reporter. It is featured on page 7 in the April 2015 edition of the monthly newspaper.
