With more than 20 years of experience handling workers’ compensation cases, Queena Baumbach is an integral member of the Chartwell team. Although her current practice focuses on representing third-party administrators (TPAs) and self-insured employers, Queena spent many years representing claimants before joining Chartwell. This background gives her a more holistic perspective on every workers’ compensation case, allowing her to anticipate the needs and strategies of both sides.
With extensive trial experience, she has built her career representing clients in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Queena offers comprehensive guidance throughout the entire workers’ compensation process, from initial claims to appeals and settlements, always prioritizing her clients' best interests. Known for her skill and comprehensive knowledge, she is frequently invited to speak on workers’ compensation matters across Pennsylvania.
Queena earned her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2003 and her B.S. from Penn State University in 1995. She has been recognized by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers from 2015 through 2024. Her professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association—where she served as Workers' Compensation Section Chair in 2012 and 2016—Cumberland County Bar Association, and various committees related to workers’ compensation law.
Outside of work, Queena enjoys spending time with her children and playing pickleball.
