Each year only five percent of Pennsylvania attorneys receive the Super Lawyers® honor and only two and a half percent receive the Rising Stars® honor. Super Lawyers® uses a multi-phased selection process including independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations to rate lawyers. The same selection process is used to select Rising Stars®, attorneys who are forty years old or younger and have been practicing for ten years or fewer.
